FAQ
How do we book you?
Booking me as your wedding photographer is a super easy and an exciting process. First of all, fill in one of my enquiry forms on my website and I will respond ASAP. I will arrange a Zoom meeting with you so I can learn about your wedding. I will guide you to the right package or we can tailor one together. After our initial meeting, I will send you a quote, once you choose to accept, I will follow with your contract and deposit payment. Once you have signed your contract and paid your deposit, I am all booked in to photograph your wedding. A month before your big day, you full payment will be due. I will also send you over a questionnaire for you to tell me the finer details of your day. On your day, I will always arrive a little early and I'll be vibing all day with you and your guests.
Do we need a second photographer?
Although I would love to be able to, I cannot be in two places at once. Having a second photographer is a great way to make sure that all the moments of your day are covered. If you and your partner are getting ready in two different locations and you have more than 100 guests, then having a second photographer might be worth considering. Every wedding is unique so we can talk about this in our introductory meeting and I can guide you to a package that will suit you the best.
What happens if it rains on my wedding?
As we all know, the weather in the UK can be unpredictable at times but I pride myself in capturing beautiful images no matter what the day throws at us. Having some umbrellas at hand can be useful (black or transparent work best) and a pair of flat shoes for your portrait session can be more comfortable if it is wet as heels can sometimes sink into soft ground.
Shall we do a pre-wedding shoot?
A pre-wedding shoot is a brilliant way to get comfortable in front of the camera before your wedding day if you are not used to or a little shy of being photographed. Secondly, it’s a great way for us to find an epic location and capture some beautiful photographs before you tie the knot. The shoots are super relaxed and fun while also being a great way for us to get to know each other before your big day.
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?
Generally speaking, you can expect your beautifully edited and curated online wedding gallery within four weeks of getting married. During my busy season May-September I try my hardest to maintain my four week turn around, however there is a possibility it might take six weeks for your gallery to arrive. If this is the case, I will make sure to keep you updated.
